Chocolate Peanut Butter Muscle Recovery Ice Cream


Warning.  This is super healthy, it tastes AMAZING, and it will cause you to want to workout!

So I thought I would share a little secret I have stumbled upon recently that is sure to help you create a Healthy Slight Edge in your fitness.  This is a simple recipe to follow (So simple I can make it!), it is very nutritious, and it truly does taste incredible.  Try it out and I encourage you to play around with some other versions of it so you can perfect it for yourself.




Advocare Muscle Gain Chocolate

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Cocoa Powder

Jiff Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter

Advocare Mass Impact

Other Items

Ice Cubes


1 Quart size Ziploc freezer bag

1 Gallon size Ziploc freezer bag

Blender (Optional)


1 Mix 8oz of unsweetened almond, two scoops of Advocare Muscle Gain Chocolate, two TBSP of Jiff Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, one TBSP of Cocoa powder, and one scoop Advocare Mass Impact together (in a blender is ideal, but not required).

2 Pour mixture into a quart size Ziploc Freezer bag.  Let all of the air out the bag and seal it tight.

3 Add 1/2 cup of salt to the gallon size Ziploc freezer bag and fill it half way with ice cubes.  Then add the quart size Ziploc freezer bag and mixture to the gallon size Ziploc freezer bag.  Let all of the air out and seal it tight.

4 Shake the gallon bag for five minutes.  It will most likely be too cold to hold so wrap the bag in a hand towel and then shake it.

5 Pour into a bowl.  Grab a spoon.  Be prepared to have your world rocked!
